About Courville at Manchester

Situated on 3.5 acres of meticulously landscaped grounds where Manchester’s North End and downtown meet, The Courville at Manchester is conveniently located in New Hampshire’s Queen City. It is close to many outside amenities including both Manchester-based hospitals, specialists, senior centers, and our sister center Carlyle Place.

Safety and security are of utmost importance. Our exterior doors are monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day. In addition, we are happy to offer a Secure Care program promoting independence without compromising the safety of our residents.

At the Courville at Manchester, we believe in an interdisciplinary approach to care. All of our residents and their families are involved in developing their personal plans of care. We pledge to maintain open communication between all parties to ensure we are all working toward the same goal. Our nursing staff is made up of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Licensed Nursing Assistants who offer 24-hour patient-centered care in a safe, secure, and licensed center. Our residents’ care team also consists of licensed therapists, activity directors, licensed case managers, trained culinary team members, a registered dietician, and on-site maintenance and housekeeping departments.

The Courville at Manchester has a medical director and nurse practitioner that are available by phone to the center staff 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. They also visit our residents in their new home and are happy to assume any new resident as a patient. However, it is your choice to remain with your primary care physician as long as that physician agrees.

Residents receive priority access to the continuum of care in The Courville Communities should the need for a change in care arise. Hospice and palliative care services are also made available.
